Privacy Policy
This is a small, one-person service site, and this policy is meant to be short and plain. It explains what happens to the information you share with me through this site or by email.
The contact form
The contact form doesn't send anything to a server. When you click the button, it opens your own email app with a message already filled in, addressed to me. Nothing is sent until you send that email yourself, and nothing you type into the form is stored on this site.
Emails you send me
When you email me, I see whatever you include, such as your name, firm, email address, phone number, and a description of the case. I use it only to reply to you and, if we work together, to do the work on your case. I don't sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list.
Medical records
Please don't send medical records through the contact form or as email attachments. Once we've agreed to work together, records come through your firm's secure portal or upload link.
Records sent to me for review are handled confidentially and used only for the work you've asked me to do. I don't share them with anyone else. At the end of the engagement, I return or delete them, following your firm's instructions.
Ads, tracking, and third parties
This site has no ads, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no cookies. Its fonts are stored on the site itself, so loading a page doesn't contact Google Fonts or any other outside service.
Like most websites, the company that hosts this site may keep basic technical logs (for example, IP addresses and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. I don't use those logs to identify visitors.
If you email me, your message travels through your email provider and mine (Gmail), under their own privacy policies.
Questions or deletion requests
If you'd like me to delete your emails or have a question about this policy, write to Joel.Sahulka@gmail.com or call (402) 297-0529. If this policy changes, I'll update the effective date above.
